Booking Request for a ‘Virtual’ Tour

Dear Brothers and Sisters

First, pick a preferred date for your tour and then fill in the booking form below.

If your group has 5 or more individuals then you are likely to be scheduled for the date, time and tour you request.

We are providing the “Virtual” Tours at the following times…

Mondays 10:00 a.m., 12 noon, 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Fridays 10:00 a.m., 12 noon, 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays 10:00 a.m., 12 noon, 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Sundays 12 noon, 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Please Note: The times listed above are London, UK time.

Although the guides are unpaid volunteers, we do need to charge a small amount for the Administration of the tours with 50p per adult being donated to the respective Museum. The cost is  – Adults £3.00 per tour, 5-15 years 50p per tour. The recommended maximum number of individuals in a group is 100 to 120.

Upon receipt of payment your Zoom link will be emailed to you 2-3 days before your tour. At this time we are only able to provide the tours in English, French or Portuguese. However, if you have a well qualified translator, all our guides are experienced in working with translators.  Please note that the on-screen presentation will be in English only. If requesting a tour in French, Portuguese or with a translator you will provide, please ensure that you state this clearly in the comments section of the form below.
